Outdoor all-weather Hatha Yoga in Belleville ends Sept 25 2025

It is with a somewhat heavy heart that we conclude this popular 20 class series at the last class on the stage at Zwicks West park, Belleville at 1 pm September 29.

My thanks to the several dedicated students who took time out of their day to share their gifts of meditations and yoga practices with me.

I look forward to resuming this very successful series in April of 2025.

Namaste!

Writing and Painting at Vine and Grind

I sometimes go to sit alone in a coffee shop to write or paint. This from Saturday, April 5, at the Vine and Grind in Trenton, Ontario. It is a quote from Socrates, born in Athens, Greece, 469 BC, revered as the pioneer of modern medicine. Modern medicine is not ready for this.
