Online 1 hour classes are $10 each or $50 for a guided course of 6 classes, subject to change without notice. Payment via online bank transfer.
Unless otherwise noted, classes require a minimum of four students to run, to a maximum of 10 students. Class content subject to change.
Beginner – totally new to it
6 classes, 1 hour each. Teacher’s lecture, guided practice, group discussion after. Handout material sent to you via E-mail. Suggest class day/time in E-mail
Typical meditations – Taming the Wandering Mind – Intention (goal) Setting – Intro to Breathing Meditations, 4 techniques – Blue Sky Meditation – Solving Challenges to Meditation – Walking (motion) Mediation – Meditative Listening
Intermediate – have practised at home but can’t stick with it
6 classes, 1 hour each. Teacher’s lecture, guided practice, group discussion after. Handout material sent to you via E-mail.
Typical meditations – Loving Kindness – Honouring Ancestors – Eating Meditation – 1 minute Mindfulness – Gratitude – Self Compassion – Mantra (Transcendental) Meditation – from Auto-Pilot to Choice – Mindful Eating
Third Level – completed Beginner and Intermediate, “it’s not so bad….“
6 classes up to 1 1/2 hours each. Teacher’s lecture, more group discussion, home work.
Typical Mindfulness practice – Mindfulness Games, Battleship, Game of Breathing, Mindful Self Compassion, Discover your Passionate Voice, Meeting Difficult Emotions, Exploring Relationship, Embracing Life, Create your Own Meditation
